This workbook is designed to guide the reader through a transformative 9-week journey. Each week readers will journal and complete playful and challenging “experiments” designed to increase self-awareness in eating and build confidence and self-trust in making food choices.

This book is not a diet. The reader is not told what to eat, rather the workbook activities offer structures to “try-on” and inspiring ways to reframe people’s current relationships to food and their bodies.

The reader will design their own individualized food plan as they become empowered in relationship to food, reclaiming themselves as their own best nutritionist on the way to achieving their desired and personal ideal body and weight.
